Leave a Legacy

A Gift in your Will

Even a small gift in your Will can help us save the lives of children with cancer in developing countries. For the thousands of children with cancer around the world, your gift will bring hope by improving diagnosis and treatment.

If you have already made a will

If you have already made a will, but would like to leave a gift to World Child Cancer, you can do so by making a simple addition to your existing will. This is called a codicil. If you would like further information about amending your will please speak to your solicitor.

If you have not already made a will

If you do not have a will at the moment, we would strongly advise you to see a solicitor. Although you will have to pay a fee, you will receive professional advice and can be sure that your wishes are achieved.

How to leave a gift to World Child Cancer in your will:

  • Residuary gift - you can choose to leave a share, or the whole, of what is left in your estate once you have provided for you loved ones.
  • Pecuniary gift - you can choose to give a gift of a fixed amount of money.
  • Alternatively, ask family and friends to make a donation to World Child Cancer in lieu of funeral flowers.

Your solicitor will need to know our address and registered charity number:

World Child Cancer
Carldane Court
Bromley Lane
Much Hadham
Hertfordshire
SG10 6HU
Registered Charity number:  1120321
