There are a number of 5k runs through out the year. Why not take up the challenge and run for World Child Cancer?

If you want to get involved in the first DoItForCharity Super Hero 5K, here is your chance. Over 1,000 Heroes are expected to take part in this fun event and you can join them!

The Super Hero London 5km Walk/Run is a fun run which takes place in Greenwich Park in London and Heaton Park in Manchester. Join in this fantastic event and, with a bit of training, the 5km distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide.

13th June 2010 - Super Hero's 5K - Greenwich, London

26th September 2010 - Super Hero's 5K - Manchester

And a special 5k for the festive season is the Santa Run - join thousands of other santas running through Greenwich Park.
