We are delighted to have joined forces with MissGloriaDesign to launch four limited edition t-shirts as part of our #WomanUp initiative:
All profits from our #WomanUp t-shirts will be donated to World Child Cancer, helping to empower female nurses in developing countries who care for children with cancer just like Nilufa, Lakshmi and Tuhin.
As well as purchasing a t-shirt, you can also get involved with our #WomanUp initiative by supporting us on social media and following these three simple steps:
- Share a picture of your woman inspiration and why they inspire you whilst using the hashtags #WomanUp, #UKAidMatch and tagging World Child Cancer
- Donating £4 by texting 'GROWING' to 70085 or visiting our donate page
- Tagging three friends to do the same
This year over 6,000 children are expected to develop cancer in Bangladesh yet just a fraction of these will receive an accurate diagnosis and even fewer any form of treatment. World Child Cancer is changing this. By training more doctors and nurses, supporting families emotionally and financially and raising awareness of childhood cancer we can give more children the Gift of Growing Up.
Double your donations with UK Aid Match
#WomanUp is part of our wider campaign to give children with cancer the Gift of Growing Up. Every donation made to World Child Cancer before 30th June will be doubled by the UK government, meaning your support will go twice as far. Money raised from purchasing t-shirts will not be matched. Click here for information on what donations are eligible for matching.
